Ines Rauchholz

Ines Rauchholz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ines started their career at Thieme GmbH & Co. KG as a Key Account Manager Automotive from 2005 to 2010. After that, they joined Peter Kwasny GmbH as a Referentin Vertrieb & Marketing from an unknown start date to February 2013. In 2013, they became a Senior Consultant Sales, Marketing & Aftersales at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA until September 2014. From September 2014 to August 2017, they worked as a Sales Quality Manager at SICK. Ines then progressed to become the Head of Sales Quality Management at SICK from September 2017 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Corporate Strategy at SICK starting from January 2023.

Ines Rauchholz obtained a diploma in Public Management/Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Kehl between the years 2001 and 2005. In addition, they received certifications as a Quality Manager/Auditor from IHK in 2015, and as a Lean Administration Advanced from MBtech Management Consulting in 2013.
