Paulo Lima

Paulo Lima serves as the Head of Data Coherence Domain Team at SICK Sensor Intelligence, leading a team of 10 engineers focused on Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and UI/UX, while contributing to the company's Digitalization Strategy. Previously, Paulo held various roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Head of Technology Development for Solutions, managing a software engineering team of approximately 100 and overseeing the development of the FleetHub Software Ecosystem. Paulo's extensive experience in technology management spans positions at companies such as Continental Automotive GmbH, Daimler FleetBoard GmbH, Magneti Marelli, and Motorola Mobility, highlighting a strong background in software development, project management, and innovation within diverse sectors. Paulo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
