Liana Murphy

Liana Murphy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in estate administration and legal services. Currently serving as the Manager of Estate Administration and Legal Services at SickKids Foundation since September 2022, Liana oversees estate management, coordination with external legal parties, and preparation for estate litigation, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include Legal Assistant positions at Miller Thomson LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright, where Liana focused on revising and finalizing estate documents and managing client interactions. Liana's career in the legal field began at Aird & Berlis LLP, where foundational skills were developed as both a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant. Liana holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and multiple legal certificates, including a Law Clerk designation from Seneca Polytechnic and specialized training in Estate Planning from Osgoode Hall Law School.
