Tanya Banduni Vartougian

Tanya Banduni Vartougian is a seasoned operations manager with over nine years of experience in leadership and customer service. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Síclo since October 2015, Tanya manages operations for over 30 boutique fitness studios across Mexico, Spain, Colombia, the USA, and Peru, catering to more than 60,000 monthly customers. Prior to this role, Tanya was the Founder of Mi Canaperia, a catering service company responsible for event operations and team leadership. Additionally, Tanya gained valuable experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Fairmont Mayakoba, focusing on customer experience and service. A graduate of Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, Tanya has a demonstrated history of business growth and effective team management.
