Mike Carroll P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in management and product development. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at SICO America since March 2013, Mike has also held similar positions at SICO Incorporated and has extensive leadership experience from prior roles at Mereen-Johnson Machine Co. as Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing and at Nystrom Building Products as Director of Manufacturing & Engineering. With a solid foundation in engineering, Mike began as a Senior Project Engineer at Micro Component Technology after earning an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BSME in Combustion Engines & HVAC from the University of Minnesota.
