Pam Johnson

Pam Johnson has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Pam began their career as a Staff Accountant at U.S. Bank, where they performed variance analyses and assisted in the budgeting process. Pam later became a Senior Accountant, overseeing the preparation of monthly operating reports and serving as the primary contact for accounting questions. Pam then moved to a managerial role at U.S. Bank, where they developed and maintained centralized standards and policies as the Manager of Financial System Control. Pam continued to advance within the company, eventually becoming an Assistant Vice President-External Reporting, supervising consolidated external reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. After their time at U.S. Bank, Pam transitioned to COLOURS Marketing Solutions, where they served as Controller, handling various accounting functions and benefit administration. Pam then joined Associated Skin Care Specialists as a Controller, responsible for financial statement preparation, budget creation, and general ledger management. Most recently, Pam worked at SICO America as the CFO, participating in strategic planning, overseeing budgetary planning and cost management, and managing accounting and payroll functions.
