Gustavo Cabral

Gustavo Cabral is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as an Analista de Gestão de Pessoas at Sicoob since June 2019, Gustavo is responsible for the development of the Educational Plan for Sicoob Nordeste and manages initiatives related to the Corporate University in the regional system. Previously, at Grupo Energisa from October 2011 to June 2019, Gustavo held multiple positions, including Assistente de RH II, where responsibilities included monitoring overtime indicators and managing headcount for Energisa Paraíba and Borborema, as well as Assistente de RH I, focusing on training needs assessments and the execution of mandatory capacity plans. Gustavo began the career as an Estagiário de Recursos Humanos, handling essential HR processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Cooperative Credit Management (in progress) and an MBA in People Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Paraíba.
