Galia Inbar

Galia Inbar was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Communications and Brand in August 2021. In this role she oversees Teva's global human capital strategy, shapes Teva's culture, and designs best practices and processes to maintain Teva as a strong and attractive employer.

Teva employs around 40,000 employees in 60 countries. This diverse employee base works to provide 3,500 different products to nearly 200 million people every day. Teva's global HR group works in close partnership with the business leaders to strengthen the organization’s performance by translating business needs into people strategy, and by leading all organizational and employee aspects including talent management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and total rewards.

In her Communications and Brand role, Galia is responsible for Teva's internal and external communications, brand and ESG strategy.

Galia has vast experience in setting strategy in HR, supply chain, sales & business operations. She has been part of the Teva's Global HR Leadership team from 2019 to 2021, as Senior Vice President, Global People Operations. Prior to joining Teva, she held several senior global Human Resources and operations positions with Technology companies: Amdocs, Alvarion, Eastman Kodak and Scitex/Creo.

Galia holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
