Adil Loukili has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Adil started their career at Super Cérame in 1998 as an Engineer Maintenance. Adil then joined STMicroelectronics in 1999 as a Manufacturing Superintendent. In 2005, they moved to Ingelec where they held the positions of Responsable de Site and later became the Directeur de Site. In 2010, they joined SICPA as an Equipment Manager, managing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the security, confidentiality, and performance of government-mandated activities. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Support & IT Director at SICPA, where they oversaw the development, implementation, and use of technology and directed all IT operations, technical support, and new projects. Currently, they hold the position of Operations & Support Director at SICPA, starting in March 2022.
Adil Loukili's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at ENIM. Adil completed their studies there in 1998, earning an Engineer's degree in Maintenance Management. In 2011, they obtained a Management Certificate from Swissnova Consulting and Management Training Genève, specializing in SMTK: System Management Tool Kit. Moving forward, in 2013, Adil became the Academic Director of the EMBA at the University of Geneva, where they pursued an Intra-Mico MBA focused on Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Continuing their education, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Groupe ISCAE and obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration.
