Ervis Ndoni

Ervis Ndoni possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, having begun a career at Seament Holding Group as a Chef for Electronic, Automation, and Instrumentation from May 2006 to March 2011, where responsibilities included grinding, packing, and loading in a cement factory with an annual capacity of 1.3 million tons. Following this role, Ervis served SICPA from March 2011 to March 2022 as an Engineering Team Leader, overseeing global project deployment, KPI setting, and equipment performance. Additional positions at SICPA included Software Engineering Team Leader, Global Support Coordinator, and Software Engineering Manager, with a notable role in project deployment and solution delivery in Uganda from October 2019 to March 2020. Ervis holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
