Jairo Alencar is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as the IT and Customer Service Manager at SICPA since April 2022, Jairo has previously held positions such as Infrastructure and Application Support Leader at Sicpa GSS Latam and IT Network Engineer at Sicpa Ecuador GSS S.A.
