Claudia Duarte Oliveira is an experienced Data Engineer and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst currently employed at Sicredi since September 2014, focusing on Digital Transformation Data Architecture and the integration of business products with new technologies. Prior roles include Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Confiança Seguros, responsible for delivering analyses and dashboards, and SAP Business Objects Consultant at ITS Group, where consulting projects were undertaken using SAP tools. Claudia began her career as a Business Intelligence and EPM Analyst at DBC Company and further developed skills in reporting and analytics at Advancedit S/A, as well as in Business Intelligence development using IBM-Cognos tools at RCI Consulting S/A. Claudia holds a Postgraduate degree in Big Data and Data Science from UniRitter, an MBA from FGV, and a Bachelor's degree in Analysis and Systems Development from Faculdade de Tecnologia Senac RS, along with additional training from Oracle University and SAP Education Brasil.
