Jennifer Hendlisz

Jennifer Hendlisz currently serves as Sr. Director of Talent Management at SID LEE since January 2019 and is also a part-time lecturer at HEC Montréal, focusing on introductory HR concepts for MSc students. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Nestlé Nespresso SA from July 2017 to January 2019, and a variety of HR positions at BOMBARDIER from September 2006 to July 2017, where responsibilities included senior HR business partnering and recruitment. Jennifer began her career as a consultant at Columbia Communications and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Marketing from McGill University.
