Shannon Robertson

Shannon Robertson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Shannon is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Shearer's Snacks since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Niagara Bottling, where they held the positions of Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workday Administration from 2020 to 2022 and Talent Acquisition Manager for Manufacturing & Campus Recruiting from 2018 to 2020. Shannon also served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Client Relationships at Highmark Health from 2015 to 2018, where they acted as a strategic partner for a major business unit and led a recruiting team. Shannon has previous experience at PPG Architectural Coatings, where they held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Manager, Manager of Corporate Recruiting, and Supervisor of College Recruiting. Shannon started their career as an HR Generalist at Guardian Industries in 2000.

Shannon Robertson attended Bentworth HS from 1992 to 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology at Duquesne University.
