Matt Poulin began their work experience as an Executive Chef at Hilton in 1992. After that, they worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Hawthorne Hotel from 1993 to 2000. In 2000, Poulin joined Sid Wainer & Son as an Outside Sales Representative. Matt gradually progressed through the company, serving as a Regional Sales Manager from 2015 to 2017, Sales Director from 2017 to 2018, and finally Vice President of Business Development from April 2018 onwards.
Matt Poulin attended Minuteman High School and studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training from an unknown start year to 1988. Following this, they attended The Culinary Institute of America and obtained an Associate's degree in an unspecified field of study from 1989 to 1991.
