Zach McDonald

Zach McDonald is a skilled professional in the sports industry with a focus on customer support and community relations. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at SIDEARM Sports since December 2020, Zach previously held roles such as Community Relations Coordinator and Assistant with the Indianapolis Indians. Additional experience includes positions at The Pompey Club as a Customer Service and Special Event Assistant and as a Community Engagement Intern with the Boston Celtics. Zach has also contributed as a Men's Basketball Intern at Syracuse University and held internships at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum and Syracuse Chiefs. Zach graduated from Syracuse University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
