Chi Kim

Chi Kim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Sidecar Health since December 2021, Chi previously held roles as Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to Sidecar Health, Chi served as Engineering Manager at Tala, overseeing teams focused on User Authentication, Customer Support, Marketing Communication, and Recovery from January 2020 to December 2021. Chi's engineering career includes a significant tenure at the National Football League (NFL) from June 2007 to November 2019, where roles included Principal Software Engineer and Manager of Engineering, focusing on digital media strategies and leading technical teams on various high-profile projects. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer at MitraTech Holdings and Java Developer at Oakwood Worldwide. Chi holds a BA in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
