Meggie Grifa

Meggie Grifa serves as the Senior Director of Compliance at Sidecar Health since May 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a compliance program tailored to support various product lines and jurisdictions, particularly in government programs such as ACA and Medicare. Prior to this role, Meggie worked at Medical Mutual from October 2018 to May 2021, holding positions as Medicare Compliance Officer and Director of Medicare Compliance. Meggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies, Spanish, and Pre-Law from Kent State University, completed in 2006, and also participated in studies at Universidad de Costa Rica in 2005.
