Debbie MacConnel

Debbie MacConnel serves as an Independent Director at SideChannel since July 2022. Previously, Debbie worked at IBM from June 2011 to April 2022 as a Program Director, overseeing a team of over 150 employees to enhance HR tools for 450,000 employees with a focus on areas such as Compensation and Talent Management. Debbie's extensive IBM experience also includes roles as Senior Manager in the Software Group and Channel Marketing Manager, where skills in strategic planning, sales growth, and partner relationships were developed. Prior to IBM, Debbie held positions at Claris, an Apple company, and Adobe, demonstrating capabilities in sales and account management. Debbie holds a degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.
