Ethan Nussinov is a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis since September 2021, focusing on developing Python software for algorithmic prediction of thermodynamics of defects in metal oxides, with potential machine learning applications. In addition, Ethan manages supplies as an Electrical Engineering Lab Technician, overseeing lab setups, organization, equipment testing, and repair. As a member of ColorStack, a nonprofit promoting academic support for Black and Latinx computer science students, and as a Moderator for Sidechat, Ethan actively engages in community support. Previously, Ethan taught Hebrew and Jewish culture/history to 3rd and 4th graders at Central Reform Congregation from August 2018 to May 2020. Currently enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis, with an expected graduation in May 2025.
