Horace Cheng is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ideate Investments, specializing in early-stage investments in high-tech sectors including consumer technology, advanced manufacturing, and AI since February 2015. In addition, Horace Cheng serves as a Board Advisor for Lemo IOT, a global leader in vending solutions, and as an Advisor for Atom Capital, which focuses on AI investments. As a member of YPO and a Director at SideChef, Horace Cheng also contributes as Treasurer at the Institute for Integrated Rural Development, supporting rural development initiatives in China. Previous experience includes co-founding The Licensing Company in China and working as an Equity Analyst for Schroders. Horace Cheng holds EMBA degrees from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of British Columbia.
