Ahmed Kassem

Ahmed Kassem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the TPM & Lean Manufacturing Regional Manager for Sidel since May 2019, Ahmed leads advanced manufacturing services and transformation projects across the Africa, Asia, and Oceania regions, focusing on lean practices and continuous performance improvements. Prior to this role, Ahmed was a Production Manager at Johnson & Johnson Egypt, overseeing personal products operations and implementing lean systems. Experience also includes serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Unilever, where project management and compliance with good manufacturing practices were key responsibilities. Early career internships with esteemed organizations, coupled with a Diploma in Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Alexandria University, further establish Ahmed as a leader in the field.
