Enrico Pinazzi

Enrico Pinazzi is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Services Director for Southern Europe and Central South-Eastern Europe at Sidel, as well as the Managing Director of Sidel Iberica since January 2006. With a strong background in customer service and after-sales management, Enrico has led teams across multiple regions including Africa, overseeing turnover, industrial margin, and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include After Sales Director and Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development and coaching new managers. Enrico also has significant hands-on experience as an Installation Site Manager at both Sidel and SIG Simonazzi, managing projects involving the installation and commissioning of beverage production lines. Enrico holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in food processing technologies from the University of Parma.
