Flavio Fredo

Flavio Fredo is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering to Order Manager at Sidel since July 2016, Flavio oversees the technical department, utilizing GANTT charts for team organization and implementing 6 Sigma methods for documentation and procedure refinement. Prior to this role, Flavio was a Mechanical Engineer at Glunz & Jensen, where the focus was on designing automatic flexo plate making machinery, and also had a similar role at UTECO s.p.a. with a specialization in flexographic machinery design. Flavio began the career journey as a trainee at CSIRO Australia, contributing to research on basalt fiber composites. Flavio holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and has furthered professional knowledge through a short program at SDA Bocconi.
