Igor Glaser

Igor Glaser has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and business transformation. Igor currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance, Business Transformation, and IT at Sidel.

Previously, Mr. Glaser served as the Chief Financial Officer for South America at Schneider Electric. In this role, they were responsible for the finance and operations of the group's entities in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Venezuela. Igor led a team of over 200 people and was responsible for both front office operations and supply chain.

Prior to their role at Schneider Electric, Mr. Glaser worked as a controlling analyst at Bayer and Sachs Automotive. Igor began their career at Bayer as a trainee, where they completed job rotations in all areas of the company including sales, marketing, finance, HR, production, and logistics.

Mr. Glaser holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo.

Igor Glaser attended the A4S Academy, an advanced management program at IESE Business School, and then went on to get their MBA from IbMEC. Igor has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and also has a degree in Business Administration (Industriekaufmann) from Deutsche Berufsschule am Colegio Humboldt São Paulo.

Igor Glaser reports to Monica Gimre, President & CEO. They work with François Lejard - EVP Services, Ko Hoepman - EVP Strategy, Sustainability & Commucations, and Deepak Kumar - EVP Human Resources.
