John Como

John Como is an experienced professional in performance improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Performance Based Services at Sidel since January 2018. In this role, John leads the services team in designing and delivering Performance Based Services, emphasizing the importance of technical and performance expertise to meet customer needs. Prior to Sidel, John worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at FrieslandCampina from January 2015 to December 2017, where John was responsible for the Strategy, Implementation, and Capability Building for the Manufacturing Excellence program. At Nestle, John held the position of TPM Zone Manager for Europe from February 2012 to December 2014, overseeing the implementation of TPM and Manufacturing OpEx across multiple countries and factories. Earlier in John's career, from March 2006 to January 2012, John was the TPM/Lean Regional Manager at Tetra Pak, managing continuous improvement initiatives across Europe and Greater China while guiding a workforce of approximately 1,000 individuals.
