R Karthik is a seasoned professional with a robust background in project management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager Execution at Sidel since October 2025, R Karthik leads end-to-end project execution for packaging line installations, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and customer specifications. Prior to this, R Karthik held various roles at Marico Limited from February 2018 to September 2025, including Supply Chain Executive and Executive Production, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain strategy implementation, vendor management, and production planning. R Karthik's earlier experience includes positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, focusing on production management and project execution.
