The Engineering team at SIDEM focuses on the design, development, and implementation of SWRO desalination projects. This multidisciplinary team ensures electrical systems are optimally designed (Electrical Engineer), prepares and manages project bids (Tender Engineer), oversees the installation and calibration of instruments during commissioning (Commissioning / Instrument Engineer), provides on-site technical support (Field Engineering Responsable), leverages data analytics and software solutions to optimize operations (Full Stack Developer & Big Data Analyst), and manages the construction phases of desalination plants (Construction Manager).
