The Procurement and Management team at SIDEM is responsible for sourcing and acquiring the necessary materials and services for large Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination projects. This includes negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, overseeing project proposals, and coordinating logistical elements to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for successful project execution.
