Dave Seddon

Dave Seddon has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dave is currently the Head of Technology at Siden since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Siden from August 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Siden, Dave worked at Verizon Media from September 2019 to August 2021, where they held the role of Principal Architect, CDN Engineering. Dave also worked at Verizon Digital Media Services from May 2018 to August 2021, specializing in Network Architecture and Automation.

From October 2015 to May 2018, Dave worked at AT&T as a Network & Systems Architect. Dave gained experience in engineering roles at Twitter from August 2014 to September 2015 and at Google from February 2013 to August 2014.

Dave's earlier career included roles at Telstra as a Media Architecture specialist from July 2005 to January 2013. Dave served as a Senior Network Engineer at Sensis in 2004 and held the position of General/Network Manager at Smarter Networks Pty Ltd - Dial & DSL ISP in 2004. In their role at Smarter Networks, they were responsible for network infrastructure overhauls and maintenance, as well as IP based billing system upgrades.

In 2001, Dave worked in Systems Integration at Saise.

Dave Seddon completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology during the years 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Camberwell High School, but there is no available information regarding any degrees or field of study during their time there.
