Brent McKee has worked in various roles throughout their career. Brent started their career at Cargill Meat Solutions as a Client Systems Administrator, where they supported over 5000 Windows desktops and laptops. Brent then transitioned into the role of a UNIX Systems Administrator, where they supported AIX, HPUX, and RHEL servers. Brent implemented virtualization and centralized authentication systems during their time at Cargill.

Following their time at Cargill, Brent joined Garmin International as a Senior UNIX Systems Administrator. Brent managed a large Puppet infrastructure and maintained RedHat, Ubuntu, and Solaris servers. Brent also managed a FC SAN and NetApp NAS environment.

Brent then moved to Facebook, where they served as a Production Engineering Manager. Brent managed the production engineering team and was responsible for ensuring the stability of Facebook's systems.

Currently, Brent is working at Siden as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, where they oversee the company's site reliability engineering efforts.
