Nikita Kudin

Nikita Kudin has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2014. In 2014, they began working as a Junior .NET Developer for SoftMix, where they worked on the automation of document flow for government customers. In 2015, they began working for First Development Hub as a Full Stack Developer, where they developed UI modules and prepared backend based on .NET for them. That same year, they began working for Sideways 6, where they held three roles: Chief Technology Officer, Head of Engineering, and Full Stack Engineer. In their role as Head of Engineering, they helped set up an official office in Belarus and was responsible for Engineering team scaling. Nikita also headed all main processes in the Engineering and whole company, and established a continuous review of the processes based on metrics and feedbacks of stakeholders. In their role as Full Stack Engineer, they worked on a SaaS ideation crowdsourcing platform that helps enterprise companies find employee ideas.

Nikita Kudin has an educational background in Information Technology. Nikita obtained a Master's degree from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2020, a Bachelor's degree from the same institution in 2017, and a Specialized secondary education from Minsk Radiotechnical College in 2013. In addition, Nikita Kudin has taken English courses at International House Minsk from 2015 to 2016. Nikita has also obtained certifications from Udemy, ICAgile, and Lingoda GmbH, including AZ-204 developing for Microsoft Azure, ICP-APM, and a Certificate of English C1 level.
