Nahashon Wamugi

Nahashon Wamugi is an experienced professional in credit risk management and operational risk, currently serving as the Director of Credit Risk Management at Sidian Bank since November 2019. Previously, Wamugi held the position of Head of Credit Risk at CBA Bank and led Corporate Credit Analysis at Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Wamugi has also served as the Director of Risk and Internal Control Services at Bright Risk and Governance Consultants, and as the Head of Africa Region Operational Risk at Standard Chartered Bank. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in Banking and Finance from MOI University and CPA certifications from Strathmore University, Wamugi possesses deep expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and credit evaluation across various financial institutions.
