Aimee Fagan

Aimee Fagan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation. Since October 2020, Aimee has served as a Trial Partner and Co-Leader of the IP Litigation Practice at Sidley Austin LLP. Prior to this role, Aimee was a Principal at McKool Smith from April 2008 to October 2020 and worked as Counsel in the Commercial Litigation department at Norton Rose Fulbright from December 2004 to March 2008. Aimee began the legal career as a Participating Associate at Godwin Gruber and as an Associate at Arter & Hadden LLP. Aimee holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Louisiana State University.
