Andrew D. Brown

Andrew D. Brown is an Associate Attorney specializing in M&A and Private Equity at Sidley Austin LLP, a position held since May 2023. Currently serving as the Managing Editor for the Indiana Law Journal, Andrew is also a Fellow at the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and a Research Assistant to Professor Aneil Kovvali at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where enrollment began in August 2021. Previous experience includes a Summer Judicial Externship at the Court of Appeals of Indiana, and a role as International Programs Coordinator at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Andrew is a co-founder of St. Croix Internet Group and has held internships in various organizations, including Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and Borgo Egnazia. Andrew possesses a JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
