Deborah Grim

Deborah Grim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising portfolio companies. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP since April 2023, Deborah previously held the position of Consultant at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Deborah was a Senior Group Legal Adviser at The Phoenix Group from March 2010 to May 2022. Deborah's earlier career includes roles as an Associate at White & Case and as a Solicitor at Richards Butler/Reed Smith LLP. Deborah holds an llb in law from Queen Mary University of London, earned between 1997 and 2000.
