Feifei Bian

Feifei Bian is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where involvement encompasses Corporate and Finance areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets since March 2015. Previously held the position of Senior Managing Associate and served as an Associate focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, and Corporate Reorganization.
