Kenneth Irvin

Kenneth Irvin is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the energy and commodities sectors, currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Energy Practice Area Team at Sidley Austin LLP since February 2015. Prior to this role, Kenneth held partnerships at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from January 2011 to February 2015, McDermott Will & Emery from February 2005 to January 2011, and Morrison & Foerster LLP from June 1994 to February 2005, where expertise included energy regulation and commercial transactions. Kenneth earned a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clarkson University.
