Reuben Zaramian

Reuben Zaramian is a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where since September 2018, Reuben has contributed to the Shareholder Activism team. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from April 2016 to September 2018 and at Norton Rose Fulbright from August 2014 to March 2016, where Reuben was part of the Special Situations team and also completed a secondment in the General Counsel Group at RBC. Zaramian's earlier roles include a Summer Associate position at Norton Rose Fulbright, a Researcher at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Zaramian holds a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and multiple degrees in information, classics, and arts from the University of Toronto, University of St Andrews, and University of Trinity College.
