Brent Baker

Brent Baker, MBA, currently serves as the AVP of Mortgage Lending at Sidney Federal Credit Union since January 2023, overseeing the Mortgage Lending division and ensuring high standards in loan production and credit quality. Prior to this role, Brent Baker spent over a decade at Visions Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing real estate portfolio growth as Mortgage Sales Manager, assisting in central lending oversight as Assistant Central Lending Manager, and leading a retail branch as Branch Manager II. Brent Baker began the career as a Management Trainee, gaining comprehensive knowledge of credit union operations, particularly in lending and branch management. Brent Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, along with an Associate's degree from SUNY Broome Community College.
