Ryan Danisavage

Ryan Danisavage is a Partner at Danisavage Financial Strategies, a role taking shape in June 2024, where the focus is on facilitating virtual conferences that connect issuers and investors in the micro and small-cap sectors, as well as the cryptocurrency industry. Prior to this, Ryan gained extensive experience in the investment banking sector through various roles, including Institutional Equity Sales at Sidoti & Company, LLC, and internships at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, Rodman & Renshaw, and Meyers Associates L.P., where valuable skills in financial modeling, merger and acquisition advisory, and quantitative analysis were developed. Ryan’s educational background includes attendance at Western Connecticut State University and West Virginia University, along with a high school diploma from Brookfield High School. Additionally, Ryan has participated in the Investment Banking Institute, acquiring knowledge in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and distressed security analysis.
