Steve Ferazani

Steve Ferazani, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity research and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Equity Analyst focusing on Diversified Industrials and Energy at Sidoti & Company, LLC since October 2020, Ferazani has previously held roles at notable firms such as Stifel and Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities included equity research and event-driven strategies. Prior experience includes a Senior Equity Research Analyst position at Odeon Capital Group LLC, as well as a Director of Research role at the Institutional Research Group, where Ferazani led the creation of The Spin-Off Report. A graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of Arts in Journalism from New York University, Ferazani also possesses a background in financial writing from their time at Standard & Poor's.
