Fabien Garcia

Fabien Garcia has extensive experience in operations and program management within the real estate and architecture sectors. Currently serving as chargé d'opérations at SIDR since January 2023, Fabien previously held key positions including Responsable de programmes at Logeo Seine from June 2020 to March 2023, and Chargé d'opérations immobilières at Logiseine sa hlm from 2007 to June 2020. Early career roles included Responsable de bureau d'étude technique at GEOXIA, where responsibilities involved technical controls and personnel management, and various positions as Dessinateur projeteur at Area Architecture and ACUBE architecture, focusing on design and research. Additionally, Fabien worked as a trainer in building techniques at GRETA de l'Eure and as a monitor at the Ecole Nationale d'architecture de Normandie, assisting students with software. Fabien holds a DEFA -DPLG degree in Architecture from the Ecole d'architecture de Normandie.
