Abeeda Ladha holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Governance from Loughborough University and is pursuing a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. Currently serving as the Director of Governance, Risk, Ethics, and Compliance at Sidra Medicine since May 2016, Abeeda is responsible for strategically managing the organization's governance and compliance issues while promoting ethical practices. Previously, Abeeda held various roles focused on patient safety, risk management, and governance at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust, NHS Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group, and NHS Barnet, accumulating extensive experience in healthcare risk management and governance.
