Heba Noaman

Heba Noaman, Eng., PMP, RMP, serves as the Director of Facility Safety, Operation and Performance at Sidra Medical and Research Center since November 2007, where responsibilities include leading the start-up phase of the Facility Safety and Performance Department to ensure a safe environment and efficient building performance. Previously, as a Sr. Planning Consultant, Heba managed over 45 interconnected projects, supporting various work streams and professional development for a team of 24 experts. Earlier roles included Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Projects Planner & Coordinator Engineer, contributing to project management across multiple organizations. Heba holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University and certifications in project management and risk management from recognized institutions.
