Sam Lock

Sam Lock is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director - Commercial at Sidra Medicine since April 2024, Lock previously held key roles at Dragonfly Cancer Trust, including Interim Co-Chair and Board Trustee, focusing on supporting young cancer patients. Lock also has a strong background in operational leadership at HCA Healthcare UK, where a notable position was Regional Chief Operating Officer. Additional experience includes directing NHS partnerships, managing COVID response operations for the NHS, and providing business recovery services at PwC. Educational achievements include a Joint Honours BA from the University of Warwick, an MA in Leadership & Management from Bucks New University, and completion of the HCA Executive Development Program through Harvard Business Publishing.
