Samir Gupta is a distinguished Professor of Neonatology and currently serves as the Division Chief and Medical Director of Clinical & Translational Research at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar. With a robust academic background, Samir Gupta holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including FRCPCH and FRCPI in Paediatrics, and a Doctor of Medicine in Neonatology from Newcastle University. Samir Gupta's extensive experience includes roles as an Honorary Consultant Neonatologist at the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences at Durham University and previous positions at University Hospital of North Tees and Newcastle University. Having begun a medical career at RNT Medical College, Samir Gupta has dedicated several decades to advancing the field of neonatology through clinical practice and research.
