Patrícia Costa Moreira is a skilled process engineer currently employed at Sidul Açúcares since January 2020. With a turnover of around EUR 156 million, Sidul is the largest sugar refinery in the country. The Portuguese and Spanish markets represent over 90% of the sugar produced.
