Fedra Petrini Schrader

Fedra Petrini Schrader has an extensive work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Fedra is currently serving as the Global Head of People, Performance & Organizational Development at Siegfried Holding AG since December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Owner of HR & Leadership Consultant at Newpaths GmbH from January 2018 to September 2021. Fedra also worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2017 to September 2021.

Earlier in their career, Fedra held the position of Group Director of People and Organizational Development at the Hero Group from November 2014 to October 2017, and as Head of HR at 50% at the same company from January 2013 to October 2014. Fedra also worked as a Lecturer (50%) at Zurich University of Applied Sciences/Institute for Human Capital Management from October 2011 to December 2012.

Fedra gained valuable experience as the HR Director of Switzerland at Coca-Cola HBC from September 2006 to March 2009, and as the HR Director of Europe at Fossil Group, Inc. from September 2003 to August 2006. Fedra started their career at Credit Suisse Hottingues and later at Credit Suisse Spain, where they served as the Head of Human Resources from November 1997 to August 2003.
