Melany Zambrano

Melany Zambrano serves as the Sustainability Team Lead and Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant at Siegfried since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melany worked at Zurich Insurance from November 2020 to August 2022 as a Data Steward, providing data stewardship and project management support, and was a Global Service Specialist and Global Networks Trainee at NH Hotel Group in early 2020, focusing on group sales and customer service. Earlier experience includes a Sales Assistant position at Geox and a Customer Service and Exports Intern role at Alcon, a Novartis company. Melany holds a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has advanced training in data analysis, along with a degree in International Business from Universitat de Barcelona and an International Business diploma from Ins Joan Brossa.
